BetterLytix Tech LLC – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Purpose of This Policy This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and standards governing the use of all products, services, and platforms offered by BetterLytix Tech LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). All Users (“you”, “your”) must comply with this Policy to maintain a safe, lawful, and responsible digital environment. By accessing or using any BetterLytix platform, dashboard, Telegram channel, or affiliate system, you confirm your acceptance of this AUP. 2. Nature of Services – Important Clarification BetterLytix Tech LLC provides:
  • Data analytics
  • Statistical insights
  • AI-assisted information
  • Educational content
  • Entrepreneurship & tech learning
  • Affiliate program (optional)
BetterLytix Tech LLC does NOT provide:
  • betting services
  • gambling operations
  • financial advice
  • investment recommendations
  • custodial wallet services
  • money management
  • automated execution (auto-betting or trading)
Users are strictly prohibited from interpreting BetterLytix content as financial, investment, or gambling instructions. 3. Prohibited Activities You may NOT use any BetterLytix platform for: A. Illegal or Prohibited Use
  • money laundering or terrorist financing
  • evading sanctions or regulatory restrictions
  • tax evasion or fraudulent schemes
  • unlawful gambling or betting activities
  • promoting or participating in Ponzi, pyramid, or HYIP schemes
  • unauthorised financial services
  • exploiting minors or vulnerable individuals
B. Misuse of Content
  • treating insights as betting or investment recommendations
  • reselling or redistributing BetterLytix content
  • scraping, copying, or automated downloading of data
  • using BetterLytix analytics for illegal commercial activity
C. Misuse of Affiliate Program
  • fake registrations, multi-accounts, or self-referrals
  • misleading marketing, income claims, or false promises
  • unauthorised promotional materials
  • promoting the platform in restricted countries
D. Technical Abuse
  • hacking, reverse engineering, or tampering with the platform
  • bypassing access controls or sharing paid access
  • using bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools
  • interfering with system stability or security
E. Crypto-Related Abuse
  • using wallets linked to mixers, darknet, sanctions lists, or fraud
  • attempting to receive affiliate payouts to high-risk addresses
  • submitting forged or fraudulent KYC information
BetterLytix may suspend or terminate access immediately upon detecting prohibited use. 4. Geographic Restrictions Users may NOT access or promote BetterLytix from:
  • countries under OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions
  • high-risk jurisdictions identified by FATF
  • locations where sports analytics or digital membership services are restricted
  • countries where crypto-related affiliate earnings are prohibited
BetterLytix reserves the right to block or filter access using geolocation or compliance tools. 5. User Responsibilities Users agree to:
  • comply with all applicable laws
  • ensure their local regulations allow access to analytics and education
  • provide accurate registration information
  • use BetterLytix data only for personal informational use
  • keep access credentials secure
  • report suspicious behavior or system abuse
Users remain fully responsible for how they interpret or use any information from the platform. 6. Enforcement and Actions BetterLytix Tech LLC may take action at its sole discretion, including:
  • issuing warnings
  • limiting platform features
  • temporary suspension
  • permanent termination of accounts
  • withholding affiliate payouts
  • blocking specific wallet addresses
  • notifying relevant authorities where legally required

  • platform improvements
  • security updates
  • new operational standards
Updates take effect immediately upon publication. 9. Acceptance By using any BetterLytix service, you confirm that you:
  • understand this Acceptable Use Policy
  • agree to comply with all of its requirements
  • acknowledge the right of BetterLytix Tech LLC to enforce this policy at any time
10. Cross-Document Acceptance By accessing or using any BetterLytix Tech LLC service, you confirm that you:
  1. have read, understood, and accepted this document in full,
  2. acknowledge that this document operates together with all other legal documents published by BetterLytix Tech LLC, including but not limited to:
  1. agree that each of these documents complements and reinforces the others as part of a unified legal framework,
  2. acknowledge that all current and future BetterLytix legal documents are binding upon publication,
  3. accept that updates or additions to any legal document apply automatically to your continued use of the platform,
  4. agree that hyperlinks to such documents constitute valid and enforceable legal notice,
  5. understand that using the platform requires full acceptance of ALL current and future linked policies without exception,
  6. accept that any breach of any individual document may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access,
  7. agree that the governing law for all documents is St. Kitts & Nevis,
  8. confirm that BetterLytix Tech LLC may modify, expand, or update these legal documents at any time,
  9. agree that continued use after any modification constitutes automatic acceptance,
  10. acknowledge that all cross-linked documents form the complete, binding legal agreement between you and BetterLytix Tech LLC.
