1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how Users (“you,” “your”) may request refunds or cancellations for digital products, memberships, or services purchased from BetterLytix Tech LLC (“BetterLytix,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By completing any purchase on the BetterLytix Platform, you acknowledge and accept this Policy in full.

2. Digital Products – No Refunds

All BetterLytix Services are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment, including:

• access to the Insight Engine (data analytics),
• access to the BetterLytix Academy,
• access to online dashboards and tools,
• access to digital channels (e.g., Telegram groups),
• any downloadable or viewable content,
• affiliate dashboard access.

Because digital access is provided immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

BetterLytix does NOT offer refunds for:

• change of mind,
• dissatisfaction with content,
• non-use of the service,
• misunderstanding of the service,
• inability to access due to device/internet issues on your side,
• affiliate performance or lack of referrals,
• perceived or actual quality of results,
• payment errors caused by the User,
• USDT network congestion or blockchain delays,
• failure to cancel before renewal (where applicable).

This follows international digital goods standards and exemptions.

3. Immediate Access & Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights

By purchasing any BetterLytix product, you expressly request immediate access and thereby:

• waive any statutory withdrawal rights,
• waive any cooling-off period (where applicable by local law),
• agree that delivery is fulfilled instantly upon payment.

This applies globally, including for EU digital content rules under Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Cancellations

4.1 One-Time Purchases

For lifetime access, fixed-term access, or one-time packages:
No cancellation is possible once access is granted.

4.2 Recurring Subscriptions (if applicable)

If BetterLytix offers recurring memberships, you may cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellation prevents future charges, but:

• does not refund previous payments,
• does not remove access immediately unless specified,
• does not override fraud or abuse rules.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Submitting an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of our Terms and may result in:

• immediate termination of your account,
• revocation of all access and membership rights,
• permanent blacklist from future BetterLytix services,
• reporting to payment processors,
• legal steps where applicable.

BetterLytix actively contests all chargebacks by providing:

• proof of digital delivery,
• proof of IP logs and access timestamps,
• proof of service usage,
• acceptance of Terms at checkout.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

BetterLytix will review the following cases:

• accidental duplicate payments,
• accidental double purchases of the same product,
• technical errors on the payment processor’s side.

If verified by BetterLytix and the payment provider, a correction may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds are never issued for:

• expired promo codes,
• wrong package choice,
• user error in currency conversion,
• selecting the wrong blockchain network for USDT.

7. Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations

Refunds are strictly not provided where:

• fraud is suspected,
• stolen payment methods were used,
• affiliates used misleading or illegal promotions,
• a User violated BetterLytix Terms or shared content illegally.

BetterLytix reserves full right to terminate access immediately.

8. Technical Issues

BetterLytix is not responsible for:

• user device incompatibility,
• VPN blocks,
• Telegram restrictions,
• firewall settings,
• outdated browsers,
• local internet issues.

Technical issues on the User’s side do not qualify for refunds.

If issues occur on our side, we will address them promptly — but this does not create eligibility for refunds.

9. Paid Affiliate Commissions

Commissions already paid to Affiliates are never refundable, even if:

• the User stops using the service,
• the affiliate relationship ends,
• the customer requests a refund (refunds do not exist),
• the affiliate account is closed later.

11. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of Nevis.
Any disputes relating to refunds, payments, or cancellations fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nevis, unless mandatory local laws apply.

12. Final Acknowledgment

By completing any purchase with BetterLytix Tech LLC, you confirm that:

• you understand and accept the No Refund Policy,
• you waive any withdrawal or cooling-off rights,
• you understand all products are digital and delivered instantly,
• you agree to comply with all associated BetterLytix legal documents,
• you accept full responsibility for payment and service use.

13. Cross-Document Acceptance

By accessing or using any BetterLytix Tech LLC service, you confirm that you:

3. agree that each of these documents complements and reinforces the others as part of a unified legal framework,
4. acknowledge that all current and future BetterLytix legal documents are binding upon publication,
5. accept that updates or additions to any legal document apply automatically to your continued use of the platform,
6. agree that hyperlinks to such documents constitute valid and enforceable legal notice,
7. understand that using the platform requires full acceptance of ALL current and future linked policies without exception,
8. accept that any breach of any individual document may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access,
9. agree that the governing law for all documents is St. Kitts & Nevis,
10. confirm that BetterLytix Tech LLC may modify, expand, or update these legal documents at any time,
11. agree that continued use after any modification constitutes automatic acceptance,
12. acknowledge that all cross-linked documents form the complete, binding legal agreement between you and BetterLytix Tech LLC.
