1. Purpose of These Terms

Telegram is a third-party platform used at your own risk.

3. No Financial, Betting, or Operational Services

All content delivered through Telegram is:

• non-financial
• educational
• non-recommendational

Telegram content is not:

• betting advice
• financial advice
• trading signals
• investment recommendations
• instructions to take action
• an invitation to gamble

BetterLytix does not accept wagers, funds, bets, or financial transactions of any kind.

4. Access Rights

Access to Telegram channels is granted exclusively to Users with a valid BetterLytix membership.

BetterLytix reserves the right to:

• revoke access
• suspend accounts
• limit features
• remove users
• block Telegram IDs

…without prior notice if:

• a user violates Terms
• a user distributes content
• a user misuses the platform
• suspicious or fraudulent behavior is detected

No refunds are issued for access restrictions.

5. Prohibited Behavior in Telegram Channels

You are strictly prohibited from:

A. Sharing or Leaking Content

• forwarding screenshots
• forwarding messages
• copying or redistributing analytics
• adding unauthorized persons

B. Misleading Statements

• promising financial results
• interpreting data as betting advice
• presenting BetterLytix content as prediction or profit service

C. Illegal or Harmful Actions

• conducting gambling operations
• promoting betting, crypto scams, or investment schemes
• using bots, scripts, or automation
• impersonating BetterLytix staff

D. Unsafe Conduct

• clicking suspicious links
• sharing personal data
• attempting to bypass access control

Violation results in immediate termination.

6. Content Ownership

All analytics, data, insights, posts, videos, and materials shared on Telegram remain the exclusive intellectual property of BetterLytix Tech LLC.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to view content only for personal informational purposes.

Any reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Security and Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• securing your Telegram account
• enabling 2FA
• preventing unauthorized access
• keeping your phone number private
• avoiding phishing or impersonation attacks

BetterLytix does not recover lost accounts or stolen access.

If your Telegram account is compromised, we may revoke your membership access for your own protection.

8. No Guarantee of Service Delivery via Telegram

Telegram is not a guaranteed delivery method.

BetterLytix is not liable for:

• outages
• censorship
• restricted network access
• account bans
• Telegram technical errors
• delayed messages
• deleted messages
• channel duplication

Users must monitor official BetterLytix communication channels for updates.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Telegram is a third-party application.
We do not control how Telegram processes your data.

Users acknowledge that:

• Telegram collects its own metadata
• Telegram stores messages externally
• Telegram may expose usernames to other members

BetterLytix does not accept liability for any privacy exposure caused by Telegram.

10. No Support Obligations via Telegram

Telegram is not a support channel.
We may provide help there, but:

• response is optional
• response time is not guaranteed
• messages may be missed
• support may move to email or the website

11. Termination of Channel Access

BetterLytix may terminate user access if:

• Terms are violated
• content is shared or leaked
• fraudulent activity occurs
• user engages in unlawful behavior
• wallet or affiliate activity is suspicious
• account is compromised

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

By using Telegram in connection with BetterLytix, you agree that:

• all use is at your own risk
• BetterLytix is not responsible for Telegram-related issues
• no financial, legal, or betting advice is given
• you remain solely responsible for your decisions

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.

Any disputes related to Telegram access shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nevis.

14. Acceptance

By accessing any BetterLytix Telegram channel, you confirm that you:

• read these Terms
• accept all conditions
• use Telegram at your own risk
• understand that BetterLytix provides data only
• understand that no refunds apply for loss of access

15. Cross-Document Acceptance

By accessing or using any BetterLytix Tech LLC service, you confirm that you:

3. agree that each of these documents complements and reinforces the others as part of a unified legal framework,
4. acknowledge that all current and future BetterLytix legal documents are binding upon publication,
5. accept that updates or additions to any legal document apply automatically to your continued use of the platform,
6. agree that hyperlinks to such documents constitute valid and enforceable legal notice,
7. understand that using the platform requires full acceptance of ALL current and future linked policies without exception,
8. accept that any breach of any individual document may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access,
9. agree that the governing law for all documents is St. Kitts & Nevis,
10. confirm that BetterLytix Tech LLC may modify, expand, or update these legal documents at any time,
11. agree that continued use after any modification constitutes automatic acceptance,
12. acknowledge that all cross-linked documents form the complete, binding legal agreement between you and BetterLytix Tech LLC.
